Assurance Methodology

Nachweis Talent runs a structured assurance process on every candidate before presentation. This page sets out the categories we verify. It does not describe the process itself — the method is proprietary, and keeping it closed is part of what makes it worth relying on.

What we verify

Identity

We confirm the candidate is who they represent themselves to be.

Academic credentials

We confirm the degrees and qualifications a candidate claims.

Professional certifications

We confirm named certifications and whether they are currently valid.

Employment history

We confirm the roles, employers, and dates a candidate presents.

Technical competency

We assess whether the candidate can do the work the role requires, at the level it requires.

Professional references

We speak to people who have worked with the candidate in a professional capacity.

Documentation readiness

We check that the paperwork needed for a German engagement is in order or on a clear path to being so.

What holds across every category

Applied to everyone

The process runs on every candidate we present. There is no fast lane.

Completed before presentation

You see a candidate only after the process is finished, not while it is still open.

Recorded

Each engagement carries a record of what was verified. We can speak to it if you ask.

What this page will not tell you

We do not publish the steps, the sequence, the sources, the tools, or the way results are weighed. That is deliberate. If you want to understand what assurance means for a specific role, the right next step is a conversation, not a document.
