“Nachweis” is German for proof, or a verified record. It is the name because verification is the point of the business, not a feature bolted onto it.
What we do
We connect IT professionals in India with companies and public-sector organisations in Germany. We work across four areas of enterprise IT, and we put every candidate through a structured assurance process before we present them.
Why the model is built this way
Cross-border technical hiring carries real risk: credentials that do not hold up, experience that was overstated, paperwork that stalls a start date. We built the firm around removing that risk before it reaches the client, rather than leaving it for the client to discover.
